Frequently Asked Questions

+ What is our refund policy? 

We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY on returns within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are only valid on visibly unused items that are returned in the same condition. Please know that full refunds are not valid due to sanitary concerns, your items cannot be restocked. 

+ What happens to orders that aren't picked up?

We ask that all local pickup orders are picked up within 30 days that they are ordered. Orders that are not picked up within 90 days may be voided and restocked. 

+ When will my order ship?

For our current turn around time, please see the top banner of our website. Please note that our turn around time is from the day your order is placed, to the day it leaves our facility, please account for transit days into your timeline. Once your order is shipped and has left our facility, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

+ Where are you located? 

We are located in the heart of Downtown Waxahachie at 205 S College Street. 

+ What are your business hours?

We are open in store Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays. 

+ How can I get an update on my order? 

Please note our turn around time at the top of our website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

+ What is your shipping policy? We are not responsible  for any package lost in the mail, all customers are expected to understand the risk of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any and all shipping disputes.
